Pomegranate Juice

Pomegranate juice is a healthy beverage you must prepare this summer. Pomegranate is rich in antioxidants, vitamins, and potassium. This delicious fruit is quite effective in reducing bad cholesterol. You can prepare pomegranate juice using just 2 ingredients.

Things Needed

1 cup pomegranate seeds

1/2 cup water

How To Prepare?

  • Wash pomegranate and let it dry.
  • Remove the crown and make shallow cuts from top to bottom on the fruit.
  • Cut fruit into halves and extract the seeds out from it.
  • Blend 1 cup of pomegranate seeds with 1 cup water in the food processor.
  • Blending seeds completely can turn the juice bitter.
  • Sieve the pulpy juice on a strainer.
  • Extract as much juice as possible.
  • Discard pulp and seeds.
  • Pour pomegranate juice into tall serving glasses.

  • Blend again till strawberries transform into juicy liquid.
  • Mix strawberry juice with water, sugar and lemon juice in a large bowl.

      1 tbsp boondi

      Black salt as per taste

      How to prepare?

      • Rinse mint leaves and tamarind.
      • Blend all the ingredients except boondi in ¾ cup water.
      • Strain and add 3 cups of chilled water to the strained liquid.
      • Refrigerate and add boondi in jaljeera.
      • Serve chilled.
