Of course, you do! All thanks to recipe developer, Pamela Braun who shared the recipes of shakes which contain at least 22 gram of protein to help you re-fuel after a heavy workout or just to jumpstart your day.

Have a look, and believe me these healthy drinks are delicious and easy to prepare.

Mexican chocolate shake

Mexican hot chocolate is delectable with its rich content in chocolate flavor and a pinch of spice. On a hot day, this shake version makes things cold and refreshing. For a bit of sweetness, mix some maple syrup, or go bold and add a dash of heat with some cayenne.

Ten raw almonds
1/4 cup cooked quinoa, chilled

1/2 tsp. cinnamon
One medium frozen banana, cut into chunks

Peaches and cream shake

A big bowl of chunks of peaches with a touch of cream seasoned over them is a palatable smoothie. This shake will give you that same taste but with a lot more protein added. The vanilla flavor in this shake is what I think puts it over the top.

1 cup frozen peaches

5.3 ounces vanilla Greek yogurt

Ten raw almonds

1 Tbsp. Hemp hearts

1 cup unsweetened cashew milk
