Mouth Watering Maggi Recipes With A Twist – Find Out Below

Maggi has been the answer to almost all the questions in our lives. In fact, it has become a part of our staple food now. When Maggi was banned, so many hearts were broken and so many kitchen cabinets stayed empty. But when the good news was announced, everyone happily welcomed Maggi back in their lives and their cabinets.

We have always known and had the two minute Maggi. But it’s time to give it a twist. Here are seven Maggi recipes that have been cooked with a twist only to get the best out of it.

Cheese & Corn Maggi


How to make it:
Boil the Maggi noodles and add a pinch of salt to it along with the taste-maker provided in the packet.
Add the corn and let it cook for 2 mins.
Add some grated cheese to it and wait until the water is completely absorbed.

Chilli Maggi


How to do it:

Boil the Maggi, however, do not use the taste-maker.
While your Maggi is being cooked, heat oil in a pan, add chopped garlic and onion.
Once it turns translucent, add capsicum and saute for a while.
Then add tomato and chillies.
Once the tomato and chillies become mushy, add the soya, tomato and chilli sauce and mix well.
While the mixing the cornflour with water in a pan, make sure no lumps are formed.
Now add the Maggi taste-maker and add the boiled Maggi to the mixture.

Maggi Masala Tikki


How to do it:

Boil the Maggi, add the taste-maker.
While Maggi is being cooked, boil the potatoes.
Grate the boiled potatoes and mix it with the noodles.
Add any veggie of your choice along with salt, ginger or garlic paste, chat masala and coriander leaves to the dry mixture.
Mix everything well and give it the shape you like.
Deep fry or shallow fry the tikki and serve it hot.

Maggi Stuffed Omelette


How to do it:

Boil Maggi, add a pinch of salt and the taste-maker and keep it aside.
Break eggs in a bowl, add milk, red chilli powder .
Heat oil in a pan and pour the egg mixture in it. Cook it well from both the sides.
Once cooked, place the cooked Maggi on the omelette like a semi-circle.
Fold the omelette from one side to cover the noodles.
Serve it hot with ketchup.

Maggi Bhel

How to do it:

Roast the Maggi noodles until they turn golden brown and once they cool down, crush them with your hands.
Mix tomato ketchup with the Maggi tastemaker and water and keep it aside.
In a big bowl, combine the onion, tomato, green chilli, boiled potato, peanuts, the tastemaker mix, sugar, salt, red chilli powder, raw mango and lemon juice together.
You can then add the murmura, roasted noodles, nylon sev and coriander leaves.
Mix it well and it’s ready.

Chicken Maggi

How to do it:

Boil the Maggi and add a pinch of salt along with the tastemaker.
Cut the chicken into small pieces.
Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onions, ginger-garlic paste and the chicken pieces.
Add salt if required, add chicken to Maggi and mix well before serving hot.
