Do you know that the first documented use of noodles goes back to 4,ooo years? Yes, archaeologists have discovered that the beautiful relationship between delicious noodles and hungry human started thousands of years ago. Also, it is suggested that the origin of this particular dish type is in Asia and not Italy is always suggested.
In many parts of the country, this was considered as a staple of food and still holds that position firmly. Though it is not so in most of the parts of India but there is no doubt that this is a kind of food that everyone loves to explore.
Here we present you with eight dishes of noodles that will never fail to excite a food lover. Why ? Because they come with a twist!
Boil noodles until tender, drain, and allow to cool. Meanwhile, beat two eggs with pepper and salt. Put in the noodles and stir to cover it all. Then make burger bread sized shape with the noodles, cover, and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
In another bowl, mix minced chicken, sesame oil, and soy sauce. Then make patties with them. Heat oil in a pan and fry the bun shaped noodles. Fry until crisp and the transfer to a plate. Now, fry the chicken patties in hot oil.
Put a cheese slice one of the bread shaped noodles then the patty and cover with another noodle. Bake for some time to melt the cheese. Make egg poach and place above the burger. Serve with ketchup!
Boil the noodle, drain, and keep a aside. Save the seasoning that came with the noodles as it will be used later. In a bowl, and chopped carrot, zucchini, and onions. Then add flour, eggs, and the seasoning .
Mix well, in between thrown in some pepper and salt. Heat oil in a pan and put a part of the mixture in shape of the pancake. Fry until it turns golden brown. Make as many pancakes you desire and serve with mayo.
Cut Zucchini into a long noodle-like strip and lightly fry then keep aside. Boil small portion of noodle, fry and mix with the zucchini. In a food processor, mix salt, nuts, avocados, garlic, lemon juice, and basil leaves into creamy paste. Transfer it into a bowl and put the zucchini mix. Make sure it mix properly and sprinkle parmesan before serving.
Boil noodle and place evenly in a tawa. Pour flour over the noodles and top with pizza sauce. Carefully arrange olives, tomatoes, and onions on the top. Then sprinkle black pepper, chilli flakes, salt, and oregano. Finish layering up with cheddar and mozzarella cheese. Cover the lid of the tawa and make sure to cook for about 10 minutes in low flame. Serve when the cheese starts melting.
