Kajal Agarwal was born on 19 June, 1985 in Mumbai, Maharashtra India.Her nickname “Kajju” She also won Vijay Award for favorite Heroine. She is a model and an actress. Kajal Aggarwal appeared in Bollywood in 2004 as a supporting role in movie “Kyun Ho Gaya Na.” But she had become a celebrity due to Telugu & Tamil movies as well. She has never used any unnatural source for weight loss like medicine, liposuction. She eats fresh fruit, fresh salad, green tea,lemon, olive, skimmed protein shake and beans. Either she likes Hyderabadi biryani very much but she eats this often as a cheat meal. The key point of her attractive physical appearance is proper sleep and timely eating especially small five meals per day. She does 45 minutes cardio on incline, one hour Arthro-Pilates classes a week and upper body weight training thrice a week. She does swimming often to keep her body smart, fit and sexy.
