Disha Patani was born on June 13, 1992 in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, India. She is an actress and model who appears in Hindi and Telugu films. She was the first runner-up in Femina Miss India, Indore in 2013. She made her first debut in Puri’s Jagannadh’s Loafer (2015). She appeared in a music video Befikra song with Tiger Shroff. Next film she starred was M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story. In MS Dhoni’s biopic her performance was appreciated and the film did quite well at the box office.

She will be seen in the Jackie Chan starrer “Kung Fu Yoga”

Disha Patani Workout Routine-

Actress Disha Patani is much conscious about her body and do make sure that she is attendingthe gym almost 4 times in one week. If she ever feelsthat she is gaining weight she give her double time to the workout training sessions. In the gym she do undertake with the cardio exercises all along with the light weight lifting training too. She do carry with the yoga for half an hour on the daily basis. If at any single day she is not attending the gym then she do the treadmill running at least one whole hour at home.

Disha Patani Diet Chart-

Just like the workout schedule. Disha gives her best attention at the diet plan chart as well. She eats with the diet plan that is healthy enough and is added with the food items being rich in proteins and vitamins.

  • Beginning with the day with morning meal she do take 2-3 egg with the toast and glass of milk. Sometimes she often eats cereals with a glass of juice.
  • In the lunch meal she do take the bowl of fruit salad with the glass of juice. She often take with some almonds  or peanuts in the mid day snack time.
  • In the dinner she mostly take light meal such as bowl of soup.Sometimes she do eat brown rice and dal.
